Here at ATLATYS, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. But if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will work immediately to either refund your purchase or offer an exchange. RETURN POLICY

New, unworn items can be returned to ATLATYS within 60 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We liked to get started creating your customized jewelry immediately, so if you need to cancel a purchase, please do so within 24 hours. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after ordering may be subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.

ATLATYS reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding this or any of our other policies, please contact us.

CHAIN SIZE INCORRECT

If you were sent the wrong chain length by mistake, we will gladly send you a new chain which can easily replaced with a set of pliers.
If you ordered the wrong chain length, a new chain can be purchased. Customer Service will be more than happy to provide you the information on how to order a new chain.

RING SIZE INCORRECT

If you find that your ring size is incorrect, we will gladly offer a resizing up to one size for free! Please contact customer support and send us your ring back for a resize.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with a picture of the damaged item so that we can examine the issues and prevent further occurrences.
Once the picture is received, we will work to find a suitable solution for you.

NOT SATISFIED YOUR PURCHASE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and send us a picture.
